Alison Dworkin, Executive Consultant and Owner of AGD Advisors, has more than 15 years of global experience aligning people with business strategy.  Alison has successfully delivered solutions in talent management, learning and development, organization design, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion.  She is passionate about developing leaders, teams, and organizations and has done so across a variety of industries.

Previously, Alison was an executive with Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she drove business strategy through leadership development, talent management, and learning initiatives.  She also led executive coaching engagements and oversaw leadership development programs such as the global Managing Director conference for newly promoted MDs.

Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Alison was with Nomura where she was the Head of Talent for the Americas. There she built the Talent platform including diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and learning for the region. She also continued her passion for developing and coaching leaders.  Earlier in her career, Alison was a Manager with Deloitte Consulting in their Human Capital practice and worked for Personnel Decisions International (today a Korn Ferry company).

Alison earned a Master of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and an undergraduate degree from Ithaca College.  She is certified in a number of assessment and insight tools including DiSC, Hogan, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI).

Alison lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida where she can often be found underwater scuba diving.
